COVID-19 and Mental Health
Hey there. How are you doing? Do you remember when we used to ask that mundane question to each other and most often than we’ve noticed, we used to reply mindlessly that we are fine? Well, the fact of the matter is we are not fine. We, meaning the entire world, people all over the world are sharing a crisis.
The crisis is because of the well known, Covid-19. Everything is changing about our world, from the economy to the way we used to interact and what not. We have never lived in so much chaos and uncertainty.
It is intimidating and we all feel anxious. I feel anxious. One of the things that help me deal with my anxiety is the knowledge of psychology.
This is a series about the upcoming blogs which will be based on managing your anxiety during this pandemic. All the upcoming blogs will cover different aspects of anxiety and how we can deal with that on our own, and in some cases by seeking external aid.
